I've experienced a pinched sciatic nerve pain in my lower back for over 15 years. And, still jog most mornings to keep physically fit despite the occassionally recurrent pain. The Reiki and back massage from James was a great blessing this morning, relieving today's pain. But more, he taught me some exercises to begin using and directed me towards walking more and jogging less as I'm getting older. I'm glad for the therapy and advice. Thanks! Great Experience in Community Bonding. E.M.Serviss So much improvement - where do I begin? Start with relief! from pain symptoms of sciatica. That was HUGE - could hardly walk or stand, bend, etc. - crawling out of bed. Next, getting past effects of prescription drugs and kidney damage - improved bladder function (not too often). And the "crystals side effect" are soon all gone. Next, a pain in neck left by a poor "adjustment" and a lump that restricted movement and stiff pain - gone in one acupuncture treatment after suffering for seven years. Acupuncture for painful knees after a Doctor suggested surgery - was part of kidney problem - gone! I walk my young dogs Every day. And, the sweet massage and Reiki are divine. I will float home on my relaxed feet. It helped me with my anxiety disorder more than anything I have tried recently.
